Sooo much to say about this incredible hotel! The staff /rooms/food/ bar were absolutely amazing. Honestly could not recommend enough. Super easy to get in and out of town, can either do the lovely 27min coastal walk or use button at reception for taxis, which come within minutes and very cheap to get into the centre (takes 5 mins max drive) Lovely cocktails/ lunch / dinner. Was a solo traveller (woman of 29 years old) and felt incredibly safe every day and at night time. Lovely rooms with smart TV if you want to chill whilst it’s peak sun. Just generally couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you !

The property was great. Our room was clean and modern and so quiet. We had breakfast included which was well worth it, the buffet had so much variety! They have a cold water dispenser as well which is handy with the hot weather. The pool is open late too for night swims. All the staff were helpful and friendly from front office; to bar staff and maintenance staff. We enjoyed spending time in the bar during happy hour. It had a relaxing vibe. I had called ahead to let them know we were celebrating our engagement and they left us a lovely card and some chocolates. We were so touched!

We loved the fabulous magnetic personality of Jude & Yazzy. Two bright stars who had time for everyone and anyone. They were professional, informative & loads of fun, all the while remaining focused on their jobs. Hannah was also a stand-out. Doing the job of multiple people during our dining experience, she was graceful, unflustered, and did the lot with a beautiful smile on her face. The cleaners were so lovely too,. It's the personal people approach that we loved at the Mantra Club Croc. Nothing is more welcoming than beautiful staff.

I stayed here with my husband for 4 days and it was a pretty pleasant experience. The place is nice, clean, and the rooms quite comfortable. We had breakfast included and everything was well stocked, with good options and delicious. But I must certainly highlight the service of the staff. They were all very kind and helpful, but the Niki service at reception and Ely at the bar was another level; both always smiling, willing to help us and with good conversation.

Pool was great and rooms were very good. Happy and pool cocktails were good. Breakfast meals were very good! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Council buses to Airlie were a convenient mode of travel. The dayshift female supervisor around the outdoor dining area was exceptional and very friendly. She was always busy and kept everything running smooth.
